Not very happy overall with less than a year of service. Have experienced problems with billing service, gate service, and overall management. One time we were double-billed, another time we could not get through the gate to our camper, another time the gate wasn't even there. Then another time there was somebody else parked in my spot. Nothing but a "sorry." This, on top of having to battle knee-high weeds just to get to the camper was enough to find services elsewhere.

Absolutely hogwash!
First, nothing was the cc company’s fault. I had to refer an employee to a confirmation email I received for my payment for that month....twice! Both times they said “It’s just our system, sorry.”
Second, weeds under my camper? I never needed to crawl UNDER my camper. I was simply trying to raise my stabilizers from the sides...weeds had completely taken over the surrounding areas. Perhaps I can ask family members or friends that were there to leave a review too since it’s so hard to believe in my claim.
Third, you still fail to take ownership for any mistakes. Having at least 4 problems within 8 months for just a parking space? And you want to deflect blame instead of holding your own accountability?
How about the missing gate? How about somebody being placed in my spot? Was that my fault or someone else’s too? I have no more patience for this poorly ran establishment.
Lastly, “not within 30 days so you can’t be completely dissatisfied.” Congrats, you realized why you got two stars instead of one. My camper wasn’t stolen so there’s that. After several calls I finally had to leave a message requesting cancellation. Still haven’t heard back except for through this review reply.

Read moreThey were great, until I moved out of state. One of my campers was totaled by the insurance company and they needed to pick it up. Colorado Storage LLC gave them access without my being there. I have been given two different stories on how this happened. I had one camper left and paid for the months of August and September. They refuse to refund my $40 security deposit and state no funds were taken from my account in September. I have since then provided evidence that they did take funds and am entitled to a refund. They have gone silent and apparently are refusing to refund my deposit.
When I gave 60 day notice that I would be vacating and they would need to prorate the September rent, I received an email stating that they do not prorate -- although this was not in the lease contract. I did receive a check for $28.50, which is the balance of the prorated amount for September. However, they continue to refuse to refund my $40 security deposit.
Read your contract, make sure you know exactly what you are getting into. Make sure they do not give access to your vehicle without you being there. I lost a battery, 2 propane tanks, and 2 air mattresses because they gave access without my being there. I was told that someone tried to call me (which I've verified through my phone records that no one called) and they say I didn't answer. Point is if the owner doesn't answer, don't give access.
Be careful,...
