If there was a rating of a 10 instead of a 5 Id give it! Doug and Braden went above and beyond! I had boots that were malfunctioning and old . Doug took so much of his precious time ensuring that the new snowboarding boots that I got were perfect. Im very picky and must have tried on 7 different pairs. Doug would not give up until I was satisfied. With his own hands laced up each and every pair of boots , made sure every one I tried was right and if it wasnt he listen and persevered until we found the perfect fit ( Bataleon was the winner) Ive been loyal to this shop for the last 5 years of coming to Eden and tonight experience is why. I LOVE this place! I use them year round for ski shop and mountain bike support. The prices are very reasonable but the best part is their friendly, knowledgeable, and loyal staff. In particular, Dalin (I hope I got the spelling right) was very in tune with my needs and recommended a most awesome Jones snowboard which was the perfect fit for my riding style. They also have a heat mold machine here which I highly recommend when buying new boots. The whole team is supportive and cool. You can also purchase online lift tickets at a discount here. They have a variety of mountain wear in stock and I brought my friends of different ages here and we all found some amazing mountain wear at a great price... Everyone on staff have the same enthusiasm for all of the sports that they support, and it shows! They are knowledgeable, don't "over sell" and give absolutely amazing customer service. My latest experience was with the purchase of a new Trek mountain bike - I even got advice for selling my two used bikes for top dollar. I would not have the love for my new sport of choice (Mountain Biking) if it wasn't for all of the help and attention I've gotten here.

Let's talk winter, shall we? Boot fitting, new skis, clothing, etc - they've helped me here too, and I'm a much better skier because of it. Our guests that visit from out of state are treated like royalty when renting equipment.
