Sawasdee Thai in Eden, UT Long time coming, but worth the wait. I felt like I was invited into the living room or dining room to eat with them. Everything was made from scratch therefore when you order expect at least 20 minutes. They will be busy slicing dicing and spicing your custom-made dinner. The Chicken Pad Thai was plentiful and good enough for at least three or four people. The 4 shrimp spring rolls were huge. Be advised they are served cold. Since my food has to be hot, I sautéed it in sesame oil when I got home and they were delicious. When you order, it will take some time because there’s no food warming Stainless steel tanks. This is delicious food with really beautiful spices and tastes. It has none of that gooey Chinese food overstarched preps. I look forward to eating another couple of meals from what I bought...

So stoked to have a Thai place in Eden! It’s so tasty, have had two different curries so far and both are awesome. I want to try something else but I’m hooked on the green curry right now. Don’t listen to the lady that wrote the bad review, all of their other reviews are all negative so I think they’re just looking to complain about something. I absolute LOVE this take out Thai food. 5 stars isn’t enough. 10 stars. The food is always delicious. The portions are so large you shouldn’t finish a dinner in one sitting.
