I was in the market to purchase F8 Tributo. I contacted them on their website and I received a call from Derek, Sales Manager. The first couple of days were okay but after the 2 days, I started getting threatening texts from Derek who kept stating that if I don’t put a deposit, they’ll sell the car to someone else. I immediately contacted him and he sent me a link and I paid the $5000 deposit. After that, all was good. I advised Derek that I am in the process of working on getting insurance for the F8 and it took the brother 5 days to get the quote as well as get the policy bound. During those 5 days, I kept in touch with Derek and told him that I was working on getting the insurance policy and that I’ll be getting this vehicle but in those 5 days, he sent me another 2 messages stating that he had a backup buyer with a $5000 deposit. That was totally unacceptable since I already had put up the $5000 deposit and it was only a matter of couple of days to get the policy and then get the car delivered to NYC. Once I got the insurance policy, I immediately called and texted Derek and he stated that I would be getting a call from Finance Manager which I did. I explained to her that I needed the wiring instructions and she stated that she would send them to me shortly and she also educated me on the tire and wheel package on the same phone call. While all this was happening, Derek, the Sales Manager had stated that they would cover half of the $1900 shipping cost from Denver to NYC. I spoke to Derek yesterday and asked him if it was okay to speak to the GM, Patrick regarding the fact if dealership would cover the entire cost of shipping and he said that he had no issues since Patrick was the GM of the dealership. I called Patrick on May 15th and left him a voicemail to call me and at the same time, I also advised the Finance Manager and she stated that she would send him a text message. After I hung up the line with the Finance Manager, I immediately received a text from Derek, who stated that if I don’t pay the other part of the shipping, he would just sell the car to the backup buyer. He also stated that decision was already made and I also told him that when we spoke a day before, he didn’t have an issue with me calling his boss, Patrick (GM) but his tone was extremely rude and nasty and he kept saying that decision was already made and there will be no more negotiations. MSRP was $355,000 and I was paying a full price on the vehicle, mind you. The GM had no decency to call me back and they returned my deposit and sold the car to the backup buyer. If your dealership had a backup buyer, then why would you even waste my precious time? Derek is not a Sales Manager material. It’s sad that dealership leadership doesn’t care about new clients but in fact only care about repeat business and I am very sure that the backup buyer was a repeat buyer. Anyways, i won’t be doing business with this dealership. Stay away from this Derek guy. He is extremely pushy and very disrespectful as well as extremely rude. The leadership of the dealership should always follow up with the client whether it’s a new client or repeat client. You should NOT be losing new business over...

Read moreFound a more run of the mill BMW they decided to take in on trade and saw it online and decided to take a look. From the very initial responses, Derek Fennig was so engaged I was taken aback. He was very transparent about what he knew about he cars history and how they came across it, and was so excited about cars, I thought it must've been some sort of tactic.
I went to go check it out, the front desk was perfectly accommodating on arrival which was awesome. I didn't get a chance to really look much, but their showroom floor was immaculate and had a lot more exotic inventory than I expected.
It was apparent after a few minutes of chatting that it wasn't a tactic, Derek was just very passionate with cars and that ended up driving an extremely enjoyable buying experience overall. When it came to negotiation, Derek kept things so straightforward and to the point, I was really surprised, in all my prior experiences it seemed like some sort of game, whereas here, it just seemed like a casual conversation of what was feasible or not.
Overall blown away at the service, passion, and efficiency of the operation here. I'm by no means a "Ferarri tier" customer, and I was treated with so much respect throughout the process. I wish I could say I'd be back, but not sure if I will be able to...
