Water 2 Wine — Attraction in Littleton

Had a 3 o’clock reservation to do a two hour wine tasting. Upon arrival we announced ourselves as having a wine tasting. The first thing he does is to tell us that we need to move to another location because he’s gonna be doing mopping of the floors. Mine you this is 3 o’clock in the afternoon and they don’t close till 7 PM according to their sign. We moved to another location and he brings out a sheet and explain to us the wines and the procedures. He brings out our first samples that we request and begins, mopping the floor all along while other customers not numerous, but are coming in and trying to buy wine and he’s not paying attention to us because he’s the only person working. This is not our first wine tasting by any means as we used to live in California enough said about that. We had to continually keep our eyes up upon him in between mopping to see when he was available to bring us our next tasting. The only reason we gave them a two star is because the wine was good…different and eclectic. However, as far as a wine Tasting goes I cannot recommend this place. In fact I would recommend you go somewhere else where they will give you their full attention and the selection of wines and what to select next… Another note the AC was not working inside and was extremely hot and he suggested that we maybe sit outside if we wanted to to get a breeze . This place is amazing!!! I bought a wine tasting for 2 off of groupon and it was 2 hours of wine tastings! My partner and I are fairly young and new to the world of wines, so the staff was incredibly helpful to explain the wines, offer suggestions, and answer our questions! While you can pick which wines off of their list you that would like to try, we opted to let our server pick the majority of our tastings since she knew all about them! We did pair it with the charcuterie board which we both really enjoyed as well. Super sweet staff, great experience, and we ended up buying a couple bottles of our favorites which were all very well priced! If I was more local to the area I would highly consider joining their membership club :) Thank you again!!!

(p.s. sorry for the late review! We came here a while back and I realized I completely forgot to leave one) We had a wonderful time and will book again in the future; we love to support a business like yours. I notice some of the negative reviews left and unfortunately, not everyone understands what customer service jobs are truly like (i.e. if one person is working of course they are being pulled in a million directions, sometimes that's all small businesses can afford to staff during non-peak times!) Anyways - definitely check this place out, come with a kind attitude, and get to try some...

Wish we could give this place 6 stars! A fun evening sampling an extremely WIDE variety of wines. Live music by Bob on a Friday evening was a nice treat -- just the right mix and volume for a pleasant & chill vibe. The managing team and staff were outstanding. They were knowledgeable about every wine on hand, friendly and conversational -- just a DELIGHT to enjoy their spirit while we enjoyed their spirits! Difficult to narrow down the choices from so many delicious wines. So we'll have to come back. This place is tucked away just off University Blvd in a place you wouldn't expect to find a winery.
