I purchased some loose pearls and wanted to make pendants out of them for each of the women in my family, five total. They turned out great. What impressed me though was there was a small issue with getting a chain through the hole on the pendant, and when I went back in Brett took care of it without hesitation. He also made sure my daughter had a nice box and gave me a good deal on a new chain for her because it will be her first, he wanted to make it a little more special for her.

Took my Casio watch in for a battery. They said they replaced my battery, but the watch quit working. Watch was only about a year old. They had their "watchmaker" look at it and said the gears were jammed and it would be $180 to fix it. I took the watch to A1 Watch Repair and they told me that there were two batteries in the watch (one for the light) and they didn't replace the actual watch battery!
