Oasis Spa — Local services in Four Corners States

My wife scheduled a couples massage for my birthday. She booked well in advance. Today we showed up and started our massage and turns out they didn't schedule us correctly. In the middle of her massage, my wife had to speak to the manager on the phone to confirm we had an appointment. 7 mins was lost from my wife's massage as her masseuse had to deal with the other client who was booked today as well. After my massage, my wife then had to speak to a male manager who accused her of not having an appointment and for not showing for a previous booking. She then pulled up the confirmed text message from the manager on Jan 6th confirming this was his number and todays date and time was confirmed, no other bookings altered. He was the one who booked us incorrectly. No apologies were given and he even had the audacity to ask if we would be leaving cash for the girls even though the gift card had $60 extra dollars for tips. Tacky, unprofessional, and aggressive. Over the Christmas Holiday - I treated my sister and I to massage/facials - mini spa day. Oasis had just opened, I live close by and thought we would try it. I had my facial first - I'm not exactly sure what was going on, but the gal kept leaving the room, for sometimes long periods of time. This was really weird. Then - the massage - omg - just kill me! She was sooo rough and although I mentioned it at least 5 times, asking her to lighten up, she would for about a minute and then resume the torture. I meet back up with my sister and once we are in the car, she tells me of a very similar situation with the massage - she actually had bruises on her back! Never again - horrible experience...

10/10! I had an incredible experience here. They were able to fit me in with a same day appointment, which was very convenient. The room was clean and prepared, adding to the overall which was the first thing I looked for. She was attentive, consistently checking in to make sure the pressure was just right, which I appreciated greatly. Throughout the entire session, I never felt uncomfortable. I’ve had plenty of massages over the years, and I put this place in my top three. I’ll definitely be coming back and might make this my go to spot.

The prices were also great. Only $65 for an hour compared to other places that charge $75 and up. Plus there were no hidden or...
