I honestly can't say enough great things about this business. I want to shout out Shawn & Hope. And please forgive me, but there is a pretty dark haired Woman too and I never got her name. You know who you are. 😀 Oh & Jose! I cant leave him out. Jose is the smart tech guy that knows i swear absolutely everything about electronics. You two are also included in this review. You four always make me feel so welcomed and our transactions are always personable. I truly appreciate EVERYTHING! Times are tough these days and I have never felt judged or less than when walking in, saying, "Hiiii family, it's me!" It can be humiliating having to ask for a loan and when we have purchased things I have never felt pressured. The prices are GREAT and I will always shop here first before ANY other pawn shop. First interaction with this establishment and will return as well as be recommending to others. Had 14k jewlery that I wanted to sell and had been getting quotes on what venders would be willing to purchase for. Was assisted by Sean, courteous, helpfull, professional, the overall expierance couldn't have been any better. Glad to say that I will no longer be seeking any further quotes on the jewlery. Not only was the amount initially offered reasonable and one of the better offers I had gotten. (by this time I've had received numerous over a reasonable period of time and locations) I was surprised to have the best quote Id received matched when other places I had returned to see if they'd be willing to match a competitors offer were entirely ignored or rejected. Now I have a business I can say future dealings are a certainty due how the total expierance from entering the parking lot to the help and willingness Sean expressed to assist in the transaction so everyone involved...

Went to the pawnshop to try to sell my gaming console because on the outside of the building, there is a sign that says top dollar value for certain items such as necklaces (rings, bracelets, earrings), TVs gaming, consuls, and shoes/clothing. Went inside to try to sell my gaming consul to them got told by two people that my gaming console was only going to be $15-$25 this consul looking online through by other pawn shops and through other websites for listing should have a lease been sold for $157. Got told that that’s not even going to be worth there effort to try to buy it even though they sell other consuls such as PS4 and Xbox is with a sign right behind them saying that certain consuls are going to be anywhere from $300 to some of the older ones where they’re going to be about $50.
