Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Arizona

5/8/25.....see combo pizza below After receiving a extremely poor pizza (sauceless) and hardly any chz, I reached out to the Gm, she promptly called me back to attempt to correct the situation. As we discussed that it's never a perfect world but we strive to correct the wrong and failures. Valerie did just that and explained they are training a new cook and sometimes things go wrong (completely understandable). She made a reasonable offer that I excepted and will return for another try. Note. Change my star rating 5 to 3 until I return to see how they do. :

After my last review a couple of months ago, I decided to give it another go since everyone has a bad day and is entitled to a second chance. AMAZING doesn't even begin to explain our visit. We asked JOSHUA for a pan pizza " pepperoni lovers" with extra pepperoni ! I explained to him that I didn't want to see the top of the pizza past the pepperoni. I have asked this for years and get a so-so pizza or get an excuse. He did exactly as we asked, and it was the best I have EVER gotten from a pizza hut, and one of several all-time pizzas. JOSHUA and Fort mohave pizza hut earned my utmost respect again. Update 10/23/24 Another fine pizza this time by...

This Pizza Hut used to be SO GOOD!!! We live in California and go to the river very often, we have a house in BHC. Every time we go we always have pizza at least one night. Usually we order double what we need to have leftovers! I honestly don't know what has happened to this place. It went from being the best pizza to the worst pizza. We asked if they had specials, the girl said they didn't do specials anymore. I asked het if they did the any large for $9 she said no, no specials at all. We ordered 4 different pizzas, garlic knots and 2 sodas totaling $125. Then she tells me she can do mediums on a special... wow! Ok we switch all 4 to mediums. They screwed up the entire order except for the 2-liter bottles!! She apologized we kept the pizzas and ate.... horrible!! The pizzas had minimal toppings & sauce on them. Totally not worth...

Upon entering the restaurant I was instantly struck with the strong scent of urine....2 bathrooms that are located at the entry were the culprit.....very off putting....I complained about the odor to the cashier who blamed the issue on a backed up sewer pipe somewhere outside.. the smell was so strong that the usual scent of pizza cooking was overwhelmed....I should have canceled my order, but was too distracted to think properly....It later affected my concern about the cleanliness of the entire restaurant and the pizza that I paid for and took home....I have never encountered such an issue at any other Pizza Hut.....I usually go to the Bullhead City Location... I definitely will not be returning to the Fort...
