This Burger King has gone straight down hill the last couple of times I've been here. I sincerely doubt I'll be back anytime soon. There is a poorly trained "assistant manager" who is quick to make up the rules as she goes along! Unfortunately SHE is who has been working when I come through and since she treats people worst than McDonald's (I can not believe anyone could, she must of previously worked for them) I think I'll just start going to McDonald's. Today it took almost 20 mins in the drive thru. After waiting 5 mins and the line not moving I went in side for a very simple order (soda and fries on the mobile.app). This lady said I MUST go back to drive thru when it took forever. She is correct, I MUST GO to a new restaurant. Perhaps her bun is too tight on top of her head, she should loosen it and chill out! Read moreWe went to burger king and the cashier had on gloves, great, proceeded to request that out payment be placed into a bin so we don't hand directly to her, ok weird but good practice, then picks up payment for processing and places it back into the bin for us to pick up, no direct contact... now the issue, without changing her gloves she has handled the cash from the person before us, she touched the register, she touched there bag to place it on a tray to hand to them then touched my debit card, the card reader, the bin again, then my bag of food... oh then after me she did the same thing with the next customer, handling the cash, touching the bin, touching the tray,, still no hand washing or glove change.... its ridiculous, if burger king was really trying to be safe she needs to change her gloves between each customer or just wash her hands after every transaction.... simply putting on gloves without ever changing them is defeating the purpose of...

The staff clearly does not know how to run simultaneous drive thrus, they let 8 cars go ahead of me that arrived after I did in one drive thru. They had whatever the other drive thru was ordering on my screen. When I went in to make a complaint, the person at the front said “well I’m the front counter person so I can’t help you”. I asked for a manager and when the guy came up, he had no name tag on. I explained what happened and how I thought that his “front counter” person could have offered some empathy. The “manager” said its not his job and that doesn’t make sense. When I asked for his name and his managers name, he printed out a blank receipt with the number on it and walked away. I will be calling to speak to the actual manager. I went across the street to the McDonalds where they have 10x better customer service and actually know how to use...
