Maintenance should be 24 hours in case of …. Well , emergencies! For example no heat during the winter. They have a 24 hr “emergency” telephone number that goes to an answering machine so they can get back to you. The HVAC system in my house stopped working last summer after calling the after hours emergency number No one responded . On the following Monday I called and they said the on call maintenance guy called in sick and management did not make other arrangements to have someone come in. From that point it became a joke, taking 2 days to get someone out here to look at it and an additional 2 days for the technician to figure out what was wrong with the system then replace parts.. Tonight (Jan 9th) 5 phone calls to their “emergency” line, to my surprise went unanswered again . Which resulted in a run to Walmart to purchase a heater . Update : The following day ( Jan 10) I spoke with the maintenance supervisor he explained that the tech went to the wrong house last night and will be sending over a tech. The tech showed up and was able to replace the igniter. Heater is working ! Jan 11 a soaring heights rep called and and we had a good conversation. She explained the maintenance request after hours process and that soaring heights has identified issue within that process and are working to make it better. A offer of reimbursement for the heaters were made , but I declined ( I can use them in another capacity) With the information provided I am going to change the rating. However, I would recommend that if you have problems ensure they are known to soaring heights by calling their management team to work it … If the issue is not resolved ensure that you up-channel as required through your supervision.

This is an updated review.. we moved in a month ago and the house was dirty upon arrival. There was hair on the walls,(hair?)beads on the ground, black and mild tips in the backyard and front, food left in the dishwasher, dead flies left on the stovetop light, and a clothing tag left in the closet. There was also substances on the walls and doors. After the first review they called and had someone come out and clean whatever I pointed out. I could’ve cleaned it myself but the issue is it should’ve been clean before we moved in. I was already tired and stressed from moving overseas so having to come “home” to a filthy house was a terrible experience. I do appreciate how quick they were to respond.

I am honestly at a loss here. My husband and I PCS'd here in May and were on the housing list for a SNCO house, however our contact here Liz told us no houses were available but an NCO house was available. Seeing as we needed a place to live my husband accepted the offer letter for this house with a buy down. Come to fond out Liz made a policy error she wasn't supposed to take us off the SNCO housing list and was only supposed to do a 6 month lease. None of that happened. We moved into our house and immediately started having problems with out neighbors 3 dogs rushing the fence to try and get to our dog and attack her. When we brought up our concerns and issues we were told there was nothing they could really do as the neighbors stated they were pet sitting. We also asked about where we were at on the housing list we were told we were removed the day we accepted the offer letter. We spoke to the military housing office, they informed us that was not supposed to happen that SH made a huge error. Today SH director of property management Chelse called and even admitted to the error and was going to fix the issue. She was going to put us back on the housing list and make our lease corrections to a six month lease. Per her email we went from # 7 at the end of March on the waiting list to # 20. Please someone help me here, how is this correcting and error they made to put us at the bottom when we were never supposed to be removed in the 1st place? I can honestly say the biggest regret with this PSC is SH.

UPDATE: we had a meeting with Chelsea, Althea, and Pablo to resolve the issues of housing. I have never felt so belittled and lied to in my entire life. We were promised our neighbors side of the fence would be fixed it hasn't, we were promised they would be getting a notice the Friday after our meeting June 8th they had 60 days to leave the premises, guess what that was also a lie, come to find out they are giving them 90 days and haven't even sent the letter yet. While they still have 3 dogs who bark all day and night and charge our fence to get our dog. They said they'd have us in a SNCO house by the beginning of July that too has not happened. A strong word of warning this housing office will tell you what they think you want to here but then not follow through. I do not trust a word they say and never will. Save your BAH and just live off base you'll save yourself...

Updated. Decided to move on base, let me tell you this company is terrible. Their employee Alexandra Parini messed up my paperwork so that I had to come by the office 5 times to correct it. She offered me a house June 1st when I told her I needed to move in around 25 June. She had me fill out security background check paperwork again. Forgot she took my security deposit, kept telling me I needed different documentation to prove I qualified. Just simple things like that, she is incompetent and the housing office kept saying she is "one of the best". Well if that is one of your best, then you deserve all the negativity.

Additionally they tell me that they have a rule to show only 1 house at a time, and that you have to accept or deny the first house before you can look at any other house. I asked if any other houses were available, she said no. "You don't qualify". Well another house was available, it was a brand new one and my coworkers wife arranged it all with Alexandra. Told her "we have plenty available", even demanded a new home and Alexandra gladly showed it to her. For us apparently only old housing "is available". Another co-worker said his agent also showed him multiple houses for what was available and he got to take his pick.

So why is the agents allowed to choose favorites and hook people up. I brought this to the attention of the manager and she snoodly said, well you signed a contract already so to move now you have to pay the early termination fee. So apparently they had nice houses available but are hip pocketing them. They are not following their own rules.

This company is a shame and the Air Force needs to get rid of them and hire a more honest housing agent!!!! So much more to complain about but I don't...

When leaving our last base we were placed on the housing list for a SNCO house. We were number 7 on the list, so we were offered an NCO house. SH took us off the wait list before we even arrived here after the offer of the NCO house, leaving us with no option but to take what they give us or live off base.

When we moved in, the house was a mess, there was food in the drawers, fridge and BEHIND TOILETS!!! Needless to say, this is NM, so we have cockroaches now. And we constantly find thorns in the carpet, thorns from outside. The house was never cleaned before we moved in. And while we were viewing the house, we were rushed around so we couldn't inspect everything or see the next issue...

The neighbour is a civilian contractor. They have a damaged fence and an aggressive dog that tries to get through the fence to get our dog. The dog will not stop barking, it even barks at us when we are in the house. From what we can see, they 100% have 3 dogs and admit to also having 2 cats. 5 animals is blatantly in violation of the lease agreement. The barking dog is also a nuisance animal, another violation. Where SH fits into this is, THEY WON'T DO ANYTHING UNLESS THEY SEE IT. They won't even accept a video of the neighbours dog trying to attack ours through the fence. Common sense should kick in and say "the neighbours are just going to hide the dogs during housing duty hours if all you are going to do is drive by".

The maintenance team gets high marks on here, but I'll tell you this, we went without hot water for 10 hours (an emergency workorder) before anyone came to fix it. An emergency is 8 hours max, and I had to call and follow up twice before they showed at 10 hours.

We've been here a week and are already...
