They're not a fair in housing , and if you own your paying for water that isn't metered , trash sewer are not included in.lot Rent , there's no amendies , the road in the court area are pit hole city . And it's not a maintain road by county or city . So hello frontend alignments monthly . The property is filthy since the property sold. Since their is no real authority on property, if you want more headaches in the money department, then this place is for you. THE MONEY PIT!!! I just wanted to add .. these people are illegally splitting water bill between all the people living here and dividing the total water bill between residents. You aren't metered and most mobile home here are on septic. I used to live there and before it was pretty good Everyone was treated great, and not threatened. The matienance man repaired the streets in court. Less than a year and the road .. Always gave people chance. These companies are taking from poor people's quality...

This park has new owners and new management .My mother has lived within this community of parks for three decades and has always been excepted and welcomed within the community.
