the place looks very friendly, happy good energy place to live…, so i thought. i found a rent to own brand new home. bit pricey for one bedroom one bathroom only 700 sq ft. but i loved the huge porch. i move in and discover the house is poorly put together. faucets and toilet were always loose. made 2 work requests to have items fixed never happened. i think they do these inspections to spy on the tenant and see what your doing to the unit. often the siding on walls was coming off the area for washer and dryer was a joke. very small area only 24” soace. only had ONE option which would have been a small ( one laundry basket size) stackable washer and dryer would be your only choice. too small. the people there ( neighbors ) directly around me were all very nice except the nosey old grouch who lived directly across the street from me. he always was negative attitude and thiuhhjt he could talk down to me. i never said one word to this gossip tattletail who would sit in dark areea of his house and record or write down all my coming and goings. relay his observation to manager to suggest i am a shady neighbor. they lied about me having excessive visitors. neighbor was ibsessed with my dog she sent like 40 pics to the property manager of my dog just being outside. i was never in the picture. looked like i was neglecting my animal or allowed him to walk over otgetd property. if i didnt pick up any poop tgst was photographed to make it look like i was dirtyy. i found most other neighnors in this park to be shockingly rude. gossip and made up stories to fullfill their own emoty life. i would be aggressive to neighbors who were rude or insulting by telling them off. i never got my 1,000.0 deoosit back or any explanation of why they kept all my deposit. frankly the things tgat needed fixing were wrong from day one and i shouldnt have been responsible for that. so they ripped me off of my deposit as i see it. i only was there 6 months. im glad im out of there. definitely was not the oositive living experience i had hope for. houses are cheap. prices to high. yiu can find better cheaper homes and better communities to invest in. these people...
Read moreCarefree village estates is a good place that seems to me it was better in the past than it has been the last couple years. Is kept very clean and we do have adult gatherings for all the major holidays. They have events weekly events they can be enjoyable if you can join them like playing pool playing card games board games the horseshoes they have a nice horseshoe hang out back nice fool generally kept warm the jacuzzi works probably 50% of the time and the rest of the time it's broke for one reason or another it used to work all the time. I don't appreciate the 8:00 curfew on swimming and jacuzzi we are adults here but I guess I could go buy a jacuzzi and put it up at my house itself but they have a nice jacuzzi when it works and being shut out at 8:00 is just ludicrous I'm 65 years old come on. But other than the rules that they have for whatever reason they have them some of them LOL I don't know but it's not a bad place I'd rather live here than a couple of places down the road that's for sure. That's my two cents. And worth less than...
