King-Pin Lanes — Local services in Fox River Grove

Bartender was nice enough but the clientele is a bunch of backwater conservative idiots hellbent on the destruction of logical thought and reason. Don't go here unless you feel like bashing Obama for being black, Clinton for being an woman, terrorists for being brown, and lauding trump for happening to be born as a rich white man, dispite the fact that he is a witless simpleton without a single clue how to conduct himself as a reasonable person, let alone president of the US.

I normally wouldn't get political, but I was having a simple conversation with my friend and the bartender about the strange weather as of late (hurricanes) and one of the other patrons accosted us with his wildly unsubstantiated beliefs and when we pushed back with reason and facts he would just switch to another itiotuc standpoint.

Point is, don't go here unless you feel like dealing with these kinds of people. They are...

Today was my second time at King-Pin and it was awesome! Everyone (employees and patrons) were very friendly and welcoming.

I work in the industry and I couldn't have been happier with my visit.

Tom is a great bartender! He has an upbeat personality, and a knack for conversation.

I stopped in for one drink and ended up staying for 3 hours.

I look forward to many more good times at...

Just can't give it 5 stars no matter how great the staff is at King Pin. The place is exactly how I remembered it 30 + years ago. Beer soaked floors, cheap cold beer and a certain aroma that is hard to describe. The bowling lanes are fun but certainly have seen better days. Had to bring my kids to show them where dad use to hang out once in awhile...
