Starbucks — Restaurant in Fox River Grove

I’ve been a Starbucks customer for 26 years ordering the same two drinks. Either iced or hot coffee. This location used to be great but ever since the previous manager Michelle left the coffee is watered down. The staff is friendly and such but coffee is like cheap hotel coffee. After about six times and talking with friends as well as my daughter we all agree it’s not worth going there any longer. We now go to Pepper Coffee on Pepper road. Hopefully the regional manager will take notice and take action.

I came into this location a few days ago and had the best experience ever. Kristen was helping me at the time. I gave her a lot of drinks to make but she was quick and efficient. She started a conversation with me, smiles, and is very happy with her job. I am so impressed by her and how quick she is. Who ever opens this location gives a very off-putting vibe. I asked her a question, whilst she was gabbing with a group of coworkers, and she gave me an ugly look when she answered. She continued to ignore me while the only person in line as she went on gabbing. I ended up just leaving. Never had such a rude interaction at any other starbucks. This lady needs a different job.
