Ink'd Stores — Local services in Foxborough

The company I work for uses Ink'd Stores for a sort of company store where we can buy branded items. We recently went through a re-branding and our company gave out a lot of gift certificates for re-branded items. I had a $25 gift certificate and thought I might be able to get a couple things. However, everything was so expensive. I finally settled on a t-shirt, which cost $25. I was curious about the quality of the t-shirt so I looked up the t-shirt on Amazon and saw I could get the exact t-shirt there (obviously without the branding) for around $12. The little plastic logo (that's really not much more than an iron-on) on only one arm should NOT cost more than the shirt itself, but I thought, "Fine... I would never pay this much for that t-shirt, but hey - it's free to me (because of the gift certificate)." Then I got to the checkout and saw that the shipping and handling was over $12. Seriously?! So they're charging as much for shipping and handling as what I could get the shirt + shipping (minus the logo) for online. I went back and forth in my mind... The cheap t-shirt is definitely NOT worth $37. Even $12 isn't a great deal on that shirt. But I hate to waste a $25 gift certificate and not get anything. I checked some of the other items - like a cheap visor - but the shipping was the same. So no matter what I'm going to have to pay $12 to use my $25 gift card. My company used Ink'd after finding them through Nift. We ordered tote bags, water bottles, hand sanitizer and folding hand fans after starting with only a vague idea of what we wanted. We actually switched vendors for promo items because our previous vendor was hard to get in touch with/didn't answer emails or questions, and the difference could not have been bigger when we started working with Ink'd. Jay gave time and attention to our project, helping us find the right items and being proactive on solutions for shipping, payment, or any question that came up. Ink’d is a fabulous company! This is our second year working with them. They have been helpful, attentive and delivered excellent products on time. Their customer service is outstanding. We have used them for our camp tshirts for campers and staff ( approximately 300 shirts of different designs and colors.) Also we have used them to set up our swag store.
