I just had to write this review because of the positive experience that not only I shared, but my entire family as well. Long story short myself, and my family had Verizon many years ago, but left due to a sour taste in our mouths with the customer service. Fast forward to the future I found myself in your Foxboro location which is where I met this incredible representative Paul. Not only was he knowledgeable but he was kind, extremely easy on the eyes, and genuinely seemed to care. He switched myself and my family all back to Verizon in what felt like seconds, because of how fast and efficient he was. I never take time out of my day to write reviews, but I just had to because of the level of service I received. The way that I saw this man multitask between other customers when he was all alone as well and still made sure everyone was acknowledged and taken care of was also remarkable and a rare case in retail these days. He did have help when his other coworker arrived and then it got even busier! But just witnessing how sweet and attentive she was to everyone was pleasing. They both made it such a comfortable environment to be in despite the chaos. I have to admit they make a great team together! Chrissy exemplifies the definition of serving the customer, and even better, she was useful, informative and helpful. And, human. That cannot go unrecognized. Unfortunately (or fortunately - I guess, whatever way you choose to look at it!) I had to visit Chrissy several times in a short period of time because I smashed a brand new phone I had just purchased through her, only 10 days prior. She was empathetic, understanding, creative in her problem solving efforts, and most of all, kind to my co-pilot toddler son who had to accompany to the store that day :) I know that’s not part of her job description, but that mattered to me…on top of (of course) answering all of my questions and getting me what I needed.

I don't typically take the time to write reviews, but after the experience I've had with this store, I knew I had to. Let me start with my Verizon FIOS experience - I got FIOS in September, but the tech didn't come with my TV box... after multiple phone calls, dead ends, red tape and a visit to a FIOS store in Framingham, I finally got the box... however, when I got home I saw no power cables were included!!! At this point I was really disappointed because at every turn no one could simply solve my problem. Luckily Nate in Foxboro provided these cables for me, no questions, no hassle. Thank you!
This brings me to my second experience getting a new phone with Verizon Wireless. Nate was fantastic, from the moment I came into the store to the second I left. I know sales and retail aren't exactly the most glamorous jobs and typically are rife with angry people... customers included. But Nate was a welcomed breath of fresh air.
