Mandei sim mensagem para a Bethânia, entrei em contato com a loja e também liguei — e em nenhum momento tive um retorno que realmente se importasse em resolver a situação. A peça ficou enorme, não serve, e mesmo com o recibo indicando 7 dias para troca, vocês simplesmente se negam a fazer qualquer coisa.

Entendo que existem políticas, mas quando um cliente demonstra boa fé e recorre a vocês, o mínimo seria tentar ajudar ou, ao menos, escutar com atenção. Isso não aconteceu.
