Lion's Den — Local services in Franklin Township

This was the second time I have been here. Came all the way from Mt vernon. I bought a quortz bucket, was given no bill of sale, and when I got home opened it to see that there were cracks in the bucket. Call to ask to come get a different one and the lady who did not look at this bucket closely what so ever told me on the phone "I did not see any cracks in it, you will have to come in so I can look at it." What? Why would I drive thirty minutes away to hear you say that I put two fine cracks in a half inch thick glass on a car ride home. The people who work here know nothing about what they are selling because of this they don't understand anything when things go wrong. Nice selection of pipes ect. Easy to become a member. But I threw twenty five dollars in a trash can, another five for gas, and a hour and a half of my day just to be pissed at the clueless unprofessional members of the marengo Lions...

I am pleased that the Lion’s Den in Mount Gilead became a regular place for me to shop. Every time I walk in, I am greeted with pleasant customer service professionalism! When I browse, I am always asked if I need help and if I have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask. I appreciate that type of help and yet respect for space. When I have asked for assistance, I am helped with courtesy and also knowledge. I find the organization of the store to be top notch! Easy to roam and so clean! I am so pleased with all the service. If you're lucky you'll be taken care of by Echo. She deserves to get a raise every single day. What a bright and beautiful young woman. She is seriously such a delight and she's very knowledgeable on the products that they offer, and she goes above and beyond to refer you to items elsewhere even.
