I needed a fleece jacket embroidered for my school, and Lorraine’s Embroidery did an absolutely amazing job. Communication is everything with this kind of work, and Lisa went above and beyond to make sure every detail was right before stitching began.

I had very specific requirements for my school’s standards, and Lisa took the time to confirm each one- through email, text, and phone calls. She was transparent throughout the entire process, sending photos at every stage and even checking which exact shade of orange I preferred for my design. That level of care and attention to detail truly stood out. If they are this organized and professional for an order of just one jacket, I trust that any larger orders I will have in the future will be handled with a similar sense of conscientiousness.

On top of that, the price was extremely reasonable for the quality and personal service I received. Needed golf shirts with my company logo on the sleeve. Shared my logo via txt. The owner Lisa worked her magic and had it printed for me as a sample for my review, and approval. Once I approved the logo and mockup (first time, by the way), embroidered the golf shirts. Was so easy and fast, but more importantly, no back/forth with questions and endless nonsense.
