Appliance Pros — Local services in Franklin

Saturday, October 28th, 2023, I drove the hour to my Mom's place to get her groceries. When I arrived, I discovered her fridge had stopped working the night before. Home Depot couldn't deliver for another couple weeks, but they recommended Appliance Pros. I'm so grateful they did!!! I called a few minutes before they closed and found a used fridge/freezer that was affordable and able to be delivered on Monday! I drove down to purchase it Sunday morning, and have to admit I was wondering what I'd find, driving through a residential neighborhood to find their store. I was not only relieved but incredibly impressed with the cleanliness, the layout, the selection, and once again, the helpful customer service. They even changed the hinges on the doors to accommodate Mom's kitchen space, for no extra charge! I was also relieved at the low price for delivery and the two gentleman who delivered were willing to put the old fridge in the garage before installing the new one. if I could give place 0 stars I would. I will never deal with these people again bought a freezer off of them it didn't even work for a month and stopped getting cold they came and looked at it and told me to put a box fan behind when that didn't fix (go figure) they set up a time to come and recharge it so we took time off work to be home for them to come and they never showed now they refuse to return phone calls or even respond to texts. As a person who comes from a family of small businesses this is not how you run a small business. I am very disappointed in all parts of this business. Definitely will not be getting my money again. I see you have responded to my review and that is fine but I do have the messages and everything I never asked you to come after hours and when this whole thing started it was still under warranty you guys just kept dragging your feet and basically refused to help me with the situation and lied to me also causing us to lose days of work and not showing up when you were supposed too. My wife and I bought three freezers to replace older freezers. The patience and professionalism in the store was much appreciated. On delivery day, the owner and his delivery man were extremely professional to ensure nothing was scratched on the appliances and also that the home wasn't marked or damaged.
