A few months ago,I ordered the stuffed garlic knots pizza online. Took over an hour to get here, then the pizza I received was just a regular pepperoni pizza with extra garlic on the crust, not the pull aparts. I called them and they said our pizza hut doesn't have that kind right now. Instead of calling me,asking if I wanted something else, they just threw one together, smh. I asked to speak to the manager or whoever was in charge. The manager was an ignorant young girl, didn't offer to refund me or anything, then when I asked for the main manager, she hung up on me!! Read moreCircumstances sometimes make slower service a given, and that’s fine. I work for tips too and am extremely tolerant of that sort of thing. What isn’t fine, is a driver copping an attitude about making change for a $50, when we clearly typed “paying with a $50, please bring change” on our online order. This is all because it cost the lady a whopping one extra trip back to her car. Well, it cost her a tip too, which is EXTREMELY rare for me as I usually tip around $8 an order.
Be polite....
