In 2020 they over dosed my dad on his PIC line meds and when he spoke up they told him to be quite he was just trying to get out of taking medication it took me reporting them to state to get them to listen then they self reported to state about the medications. In 2017 My Grandmother was moved here in stable conditions after 5 1/2 hours in care and an hour after medication she had passed away they had to pull her paperwork before they would start CPR to so if she had a DNR leaving her without aid.

I worked the CNA program for 3 months where I should have been supervised providing care until certified but none of the staff would stay in the room with me telling me "what randy don't know wont hurt him" when I tried talking to Randy about it he said I was not trying heard enough and put me on leave. I then talked to Randy's boss who called Randy to question him about how he was running the program which resulted in Randy calling me and removing me from the program (whistle blowers act). I was left alone to do task I was not certified to do and told to keep my mouth shut. When state would come to town everyone was told what questions to expect and the exact answers to give. Some senior staff members would pick residents up off the floor after falls and claimed the did not know they had to report to nurses. Lots of violations going on behind closed door. Residents would lay in bed crying because staff did not want to get them up as it was to much work forced to use depends despite no restrictions to make it to the restroom with aid. I reported to state and all the way up the chain of command.

Franklin Nursing Home is a very warm, welcoming and caring facility. The staff welcome you with open arms, whether you are a new employee or a new resident. The amount of love and kindness that is put into this facility is remarkable, and I recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of rehabilitation services or long term care housing. I gave a 1 star because that is as low as I can go. The care at this home is excellent. But dealing with administration was like dealing with the mafia. Crystal Morgan, business manager, lies. She does ;nothing but lie. Charles Hernandez, forget about getting in touch with him. And they won't even tell you who corporate is. You literally cannot find out who owns this nursing home.
