What a breath of fresh air. Rhode Islanders washing their dogs at Tractor Supply happened by God's grace upon this quaint, delightful, country gift shop. The Good Tree is a level up because of the sweet atmosphere that permeates this storefront - strongly affected by the decor's content and focus on Hope, Faith and Love. The ladies working there make you feel welcome, and send you off with care. Some of their crafts/artwork/decor are made onsite and much of the inventory can be customized by their CNC engraving. A local flavor is evident with great souvenirs from pillows to puzzles without the tacky/trendy tourist trap style. Country framed quotes and quirky sayings deck the walls, while stoneware, serving trays and utensils, cutting boards, coasters, vessels are nestled on tables, shelves and armoires making presentation and accessibility very nice. Classy gift wrapping was offered for each of our purchases. We left with the perfect gift for our hostess while in Brentwood as well as a 'child of God bracelet for a newly baptized saint back at home. If we aren't able to visit again before we leave Tennessee we will remember y'all for our next visit. Excellent experience! I wanted to send a housewarming gift basket to a client who recently moved to Franklin and reached out to The Good Tree since they were local. Angie quickly responded to my email and understood what I was looking to put together. Since I am in a different state she took the time to send me a picture of what her suggestions were and I loved them! In a matter of only a couple of hours, my order was taken care of and it is on their schedule for delivery to my client!
