Small town, down to earth folks. They speak. I had one issue a couple months back with a girl on her phone and talking to another employee and never acknowledged me while she checked me out. I acknowledged her and thank her loudly when I was leaving. Enough for her to hear, not the store. I understand 1 employee isn't gonna change my thoughts on 30 yrs of wonderful service. She was a kid/young person and probably not even there anymore. I haven't seen her. But everyone feom the bangers, meat dept, cashiers, produce, office staff...all super friendly! The have a well stocked meat department, nice selection of bread, and dairy and frozen foods including ice cream. If you ever need any help, Mr Eric or Clint will definitely help you out. I also noticed that they have a lot of different flavors of coffee, even from Community. I saw King Cake flavored coffee and I was like that's a bit strange. Family oriented great place to shop only place in Franklinton where they just don't bag ur groceries but they take it to ur vehicle n put it in ur vehicle staff always greet u with a smile n always willing to assist u in any way n a place where the owner Mr. ERIC knows everyone always greet n treat all customers the same.if ur shopping in there n it's crowded u hear tht voice MR.
