we had bowling reservations for our sons 13 birthday party on Saturday July 20th,2024 at 3:00. Set for $15.00 for 2 bowling games, pizza and pop per bowler! Arrived 15 minutes early, doors were locked, no one was there, no one answered our calls on the business number, no one answered on the owners cell number. Left messages and tried calling quite a bit from mine and my husbands cells. We had my son's friends and our families waiting in the parking lot for at least 40-45 minutes while we kept calling and trying to figure out what to do for our son. I called all parents to make them aware and ask about taking them to the carnival across the street. My husband had to spend alot more taking everyone to the fair. Grandparents couldn't even stay due to health, too hard to walk around and with the heat. Not to mention due to my health, I had to sit most of them time, I couldn't even enjoy and be around my son. I hope everything is ok, however no one has still tried to reach out in anyway about what happened yesterday. As a mom, this was so very upsetting!!! I STILL haven’t heard from anyone...

This is an older bowling Alley located at 14 and Garfield. We were in a separate room for a Christmas gathering. The decor is dated and needs repair. A separate room next door is the bar which appeared to be well stocked. They have a kitchen that made the food consisting of sliders, chicken strips, French fries, mac and cheese and a salad. The food was warm, tasted good, and arrived as scheduled. The Bowling lanes were bright and well maintained. The sound system was full of static and a bit annoying. Needs some work. Generally speaking we had a great time while there but the building could use a fresh coat of paint and some general maintenance. There is a new owner and I think he has an opportunity to make it a good business out of a diamond...

My daughter and her friends went bowling here tonight and had a terrible experience. They had 2 cards that had 10 free games each. When they tried to pay with the free cards, the man at the desk was extremely rude to them and would only let them use one card because in his words " Oh come on I need to make some cash!!" And made them pay $30! These free game vouchers did not have anything stating that 2 cards could not be used and they did not have an expiration date. My daughter is in college with limited money. I will be calling tomorrow to make a formal complaint. They also said it was extremely dirty and the ceiling is falling down over the lanes. Do better...
