What can I say? Now this is what service is all about. I needed to repair my 14 year old Kubota BX25D because a hydraulic leak had developed in one of the backhoe stabilizer hoses. I called Ewald Kubota in Fredericksburg, Texas. After discussing my issue with a knowledgeable service representative at Ewald Kubota, I decided to bring the tractor in for repair even though it was 112 miles away. When I arrived at the dealership, Ty assisted me. After checking me in, Ty and a service tech assisted me with the unloading of my BX on the parking lot. Ty and the service tech were so helpful and obliging. There we were in the parking lot in the 100 degree Texas heat and they were jumping through themselves to make this service as easy as possible. I was IMPRESSED! That kind of customer service is rare these days! So, the drop-off was VERY easy and fast. Two days later I had a quote for the repair. I approved the quote over the phone and service representative said that I could pickup my BX that same afternoon! When my wife and I returned to the dealership that afternoon, we got exactly the same treatment as before. My tractor was repaired to perfection and Ty helped us get the tractor loaded into my dump trailer. It was 104 degrees on the parking lot. But, that didn't slow Ty down one bit. The staff members at Ewald Kubota in Fredericksburg, Texas are exemplary! Thanks for making my service experience so pleasant and easy. From here on, I will be making ALL of my Kubota purchases and getting any Kubota service done at Ewald Kubota of Fredericksburg!...

I’m a proud owner of a new Kubota BX2380 tractor and exceedingly pleased with the purchasing experience I had with Ewald Kubota in Fredericksburg, TX. From my initial visit to the store, to the delivery of the tractor to my home, everything was outstanding. Scott in sales was generous with his time, meeting with me twice and taking a few additional calls from me, answering all of my many questions, and offering his in-depth knowledge and expertise. He is an exceptional listener, helping me to pick the right tractor, with the right implements and set-up, to meet my specific, anticipated needs. Once I decided to make the purchase, he was quick and efficient to complete the paperwork and schedule a delivery date. Anthony delivered the tractor to my home, on schedule and on time, and provided me with a detailed overview of the tractor and operating instructions. He took great care to ensure I was comfortable with the tractor…I very much appreciated his patience and professionalism. As far as the tractor itself, it was in spotless condition…greased, oiled, and fueled…ready for work! I understand Jake is responsible for getting tractors ready for delivery…he did a superb job, and I thank him for his attention to detail. Overall, it is clear that Ewald Kubota Fredericksburg makes customer service a priority. Again, this customer is exceedingly pleased. Chace, salesman at Ewald Kubota in Fredericksburg, was exceptional when introducing me to 3 different optional tractors for my needs. Weeks later, I finally decided on the 3902, and Chace was able to facilitated the sale even though I was out-of-state; I could not have been happier. Then, once arriving back in Fredericksburg, Chace coordinated with Anthony for an on-time delivery. Anthony too was exceptional with his patience with me for a full tractor and attachments tutorial. He provided his cell number and insisted I call him should I have further questions or problems. Later this same day, 15 mins. into using the grapple, hydraulic fluid began leaking due to several loose fittings. No problem - I called Anthony and he returned later this same day to retrieve the grapple. He was genuinely apologetic, and promised to ensure it would be repaired and returned tomorrow. The following day, Chace returned the grapple to me, ready to use. Both of these guys were friendly, professional and personable. They were more than willing to answer any and all questions, and obviously worked swiftly to tighten some loose fittings and return the grapple so that I could continue my ranch project. I imagine all personnel at Ewald-Fredericksburg are good folks; without a doubt Chace and Anthony should be sought-out for their professional expertise when searching for a Kubota product.
