There is room for major improvements. Will give examples. If you are a full bar, be able to make drinks your customers ask for, within reason, a Long Island ice tea is within reason. Waitresses? A customer should not have to visit the bar every time they want a drink. Karaoke? I have performed karaoke for many years. You normally have a rotation of singers. Your current system is flawed. Put singers in the rotation when they come give their name. When you call them up, have them choose the song then. Also, some favoritism was showed. If someone is not there to sing their song, move to the next performer in line, don’t give that song to someone else that’s down the list, be fair to everyone. Closing time? I had one of the greatest nights that Ive had in recent times at Yee Haw Saloon. I've been to soooo many karaoke bars and this, for me, is the best one in the state of Texas. So many people sang multiple times. So they keep the list moving. The lady running the sound did a GREAT job. Its easy to hear yourself AND the music. The sound is also mixed perfectly. The crowd, which anyone that does karaoke knows that a good karaoke crowd makes the night legendary, was great. Keep in mind that this place is a Bring Your Own Food establishment. While out scouting for places to take a good friend of ours, who happens to write for a national magazine on wines and spirits. We stopped by the yee haw saloon. Well, the lady working the bar was so enamored by the 3 old women she was serving that she didn't even acknowledge my wife and I. The place was completely empty! We stood by for 5 minutes waiting. She could have said hi, or one second or something. Instead, she ignored us. So we left and went to the safari winery instead. Completely the opposite experience. Good luck, novelty winery.
