I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to repair a torn steering boot so I dropped it off. After 3.5 weeks I called to check and was told he would get in that Monday afternoon and have it out by the end of the week. That week went by and after hearing nothing I waited until the next week to call them. No one answered the calls after repeated calls and left messages that week. I drove there on Monday and was told it had been looked at but the parts had not been ordered. He told me he would give me a call that afternoon to let me know when to expect the repair to be complete. After no call back and more unanswered calls and messages I drove up with the trailer and picked up my tractor (6.5 weeks later) and took it to another dealer - Not Tellus!
