I’m currently living here know and my first worst experience was with maintenance. I put in a work order for my hot water heater so maintenance came to my residence where I pay rent beating on my door. I stated you don’t have to beat on my door like that his response was yes I do we are told to do so because there are residents that be in the back. I stated you don’t have to beat on my door like that then he went on to say well good luck with your hot water I’m not doing it. I went to the front office and bought it to Management attention on what took place. She stated yes they have to beat on the door because some residents be in there back room. I further on explain to here I have a 3month old that’s my child that I care about waking up whether they inconsiderate self cares about it or not. Not just me you have disabled residents or elderly residents are people that work all night you going to beat on there door?? Make it make sense. Instead of offering an suggestion yell Ms. such and such is it okay if we notify you when maintenance on there way all it is common sense and Common courtesy which I seen this apartment complex doesn’t have. I have been here for 2 years and it has been a pleasnt experience from the start, this community is priced at affordable rates the Management here is very professional, friendly, understanding and resolves any and all of my concerns in a timely manner, which also lives on site for anything that should arise after hours. I have had no major maintance issues the whole time I have been here everything has been in good working condition, the grounds are kept neatly maniucured, there is a playground for the children and a nice clean pool for the summer. I look forward to signing my 3rd lease with Casa Quintana Thank You for a Great living experience...

Absolutely beautiful apartment homes that have beautifully kept grounds Tons of space. Plenty of room for my animals to stretch their legs inside and outside. On top of that any issues are addressed immediately and the staff are super friendly and the lawn is kept like Clockwork, I have lived in many states and many different types of housing that this is by far the best apartment complex I have ever in. Mescal the apartment manager is amazing and stays on top of everything the fact that she is one woman running the whole show and keeps everyone taken care of is amazing in itself.
