I lived here for just over a year, and my god was it absolutely horrible. This place was the first apartment my wife and I ever moved into. We were reeled in by the low price and new renovations, along with the free TV for signing a lease. (Thankfully we got ours, but most of the people I have spoken with did not.) Management changed at LEAST four times in the time we were there, and each time it got worse. Management was never there, never answered the phones, totally MIA. Along with bad management, the maintenance crew was god awful. Always blaming the tenants for things being broken, and NEVER fixing anything. For reference, I had a leak in my ceiling FOR A YEAR that was never fixed. They also never asked for permission to enter units. Like ever.

If all of that wasn’t bad enough, in this June my AC unit, along with four of my neighbors AC units went out. It was peaking at around 95 degrees every single day, and would get to around 85 degrees in our unit. Managements solution? Give us window units and tell us that “Air Conditioning is a privilege.” After a WEEK of arguing with them, our neighbors called the City. The City gave management 12 hours to fix the problem, and magically the issue they “couldn’t get anyone out,” to fix was resolved in 6 hours. After that, mold absolutely took over our unit, and our next door neighbors unit. I got extremely sick from it. I was coughing up fluid and having trouble breathing until I moved out in August. When we spoke to them about it? They told us to wipe it off. In the move I had to throw away all of my furniture because it was absolutely covered in mold. I lost over $1500 worth of furniture.

Just before I left, the most recent manager put a notice on everybody unit requesting that everyone consent to “random unit inspections,” and stated that if you did not sign it, you would be evicted. I signed the paper and handed it in, along with my keys.

Do not rent from these apartments. They are garbage. My wife and I absolutely love the apartments we moved to. There are better places for similar...

Your apartment complex don’t even deserve that star cause you all expected me and my grandson to stay in that apartment with black mold on the ceiling and now you saying I owe you after all these years after I moved out I guarantee that I will fight this with credit bureau and am definitely gonna make sure they see these pictures. I could not respond to your statement so I had to add to this no ma’am you will not blame me for y’all’s negligence I was not giving a letter or date to move out so I don’t know what story you was told after code enforcement came she became silent. CORPORATE AND FRONT OFFICE TREATS RESIDENTS LIKE TRASH BECAUSE WE ARE ELDERLY..HAVE A DISABILITY OR ON HOUSING...THEY DONT RESPECT US AS TENETS BECAUSE WE GET HELP FROM THE GOVERNMENT AND THEY TREAT US LIKE IT...THEY TELL US THAT WE SHOULD BE GLAD TO HAVE A PLACE TO EVEN LIVE...YES THE UNITS MIGHT BE REMODELED FOR THE NAKED EYE TO SEE BUT BEHIND THE WALLS ARE BLACK AND GREEN MOLD ...THEY LURE YOU IN AND TELL YOU THEY'RE HAPPY YOU MOVED IN BUT AFTER THE FIRST MONTH YOU'RE NOTHING BUT A UNIT AND PAYCHECK NUMBER TO THEM...THIS IS THE LAST PLACE YOU...
