Ive been a customer for years now. I went in last week and had a new phone hooked up. In and out in under 5 minutes. Bought my boyfriend a new phone. He went in a the guy behind the counter said he couldn't hook one up. Said the phone had to have been used on an other carrier. He stated it's a brand new phone. He insisted that he couldn't do it and if he didn't belive him that he would call his manager. My boyfriend said, do it. Went in to get a new phone this past week, and first of all, they were out of nearly every style; second of all, Joshua, the employee, hates his job and it's obvious. He didn't explain anything, knew nothing about the selection of phones they did carry, and didn't transfer my information over.
