Walgreens Pharmacy — Local services in Fremont

Had appointment in advance for vaccine and also have arrived 15 minutes earlier, but there was no guide for the process and there were bunch group of customers waiting around the area, when I asked the staff at vaccine spot, she was kind of rude and didn’t answer my question about the process. I only can waiting there for about half hour and no one was checking on me. Later I asked the register person for the process and was told they are short of staff and three were quit, and there should be only one line and it took A WHILE to get a staff to ask. There is a serious lack of professionalism, empathy and competency at this location. I have been given wrong information, made to jump through unnecessary hoops and been laughed at by the pharmacy employee Lan Nyguen, the female one. They are terrible! I was told it wasn't their job to contact the insurance company when in fact that is their job, a huge part of their job!
