I went in today to look at some new furniture at bonanza because all their advertisements posted online actually caught my attention. When I arrived the middle-age, bald head, guy kind of made me feel not welcomed and also uncomfortable. Normally when I walk into furniture places they welcome you in, tell you any deals or sales going on and inform you if there’s any questions you may have to let them know. Right? Wrong! As I’m trying to browse throughout the store in peace to look at potential furniture pieces, I felt hovered over and watched as if I’m gonna really walk out with a whole sofa. I did see a potential sofa that I liked but I decided not to do business with these guys do to me feeling uncomfortable. I’m not sure if the bald headed middle age overweight salesman is new, but he needs to learn how to be more professional, approachable, and personable if he wants to...

From the moment we walked in and up to the delivery date, they were very helpful. They have very nice furniture with many options to choose from. They provided great offers and promotional deals that immediately sold us. They even gave us the option to customize our sofas which we were wowed by. The salesman was very patient with us while we browsed and kept the shop open a bit passed normal business hours.
