If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone ever! They have the most rudest waitress ever named Yadira. I have gone here multiple times and I go because I loved the food. Yet, after today I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I walked in to place my to go order and the waitress named Yadira had the most nastiest attitude ever. She began by slamming the pen and paper on the register because she seemed already frustrated. As a customer she made me feel she was irritated because I was placing my order. I then asked her, "Is there something wrong?" Assuming I could somehow help. Yet, she ignored me and placed my order completely wrong and did not give me my receipt. They didn't give me any number to identify my order or how long it was going to take. After waiting 35 minutes I walked up and asked if my order was possibly ready. That same waitress Yadira rolled her eyes and said, "I don't know IS THIS YOUR ORDER?" and handed me a random bag that had been sitting there for more than an hour. Another waitress came and tried to help me and handed me another bag. Once I got home, my whole order was completely wrong and my entire food was cold. I called and went back since they decided to replace my order. Once I went back, I waited 5 minutes for someone to help me. The same waitress, Yadira, was in the front register DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, yet ignored me the whole time I was waiting to get help from someone. Once I was able to explain what I was missing to someone else cause obviously Yadira was so busy doing nothing, I was able to get m y order replaced. Yadira then looked through the old order and snapped at me in a nasty attitude, "Do you STILL want these tacos or not?" Of course I didn't want those tacos THEY WERE OLD. Towards the end, of receiving my tacos, she threw the last order of onions on the table instead of handing me them or putting them in the bag. She then snapped saying she did that because I WAS THE ONE WITH THE NASTY ATTITUDE. It is so sad that this place hires workers like this and decides to lose customers due to their own employees being rude. There was no manager or leader to complain to therefore this behavior was acceptable. I never got a sorry or anything. Funny thing is I looked like the one who was at fault. The main cook looked at me like if I was trying to get free food. When in reality, all I wanted was the order I had place. Sometimes employees forget that there are plenty of other workers how are WILLING TO WORK and DO THEIR JOB. The reason this place will never be a Castillo's or Toledo's is because of their ugly, horrible, unacceptable customer service and no management. Tacos Tijuana on Ventura Ave and Cedar has better customer service than this! The customer here is ALWAYS WRONG apparently. Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE place. Do not ever...

Went in yesterday Sunday 04/29 at 200pm for a late lunch with my family and boy was that a mistake! WoW! Completely Shocked! Let me start with the chips and salsa: salsa was decent but the chips were from Friday night maybe? Actually probably older like they were fried a couple weeks ago and then sat around in the back room in big ol fashioned bags waiting to get dumped in the bin and then dished out to us. They were cold, stale and left that really bad taste in your mouth that you used to get from that 3 yr old piece of gum your mom just gave you from the bottom of her puese that taste like a mix of gum, perfume, and leather all mixed together! We we're sucking on the lemons that came in our waters to get rid of the nasty lingering after taste. Now to the service: very nice very sweet very short and very busy doing a whole lot of nothing. And I'm not talking stature when I say short I mean she took our order brought our food, told us we can get our check at the counter. That was the extent of our service which the tip did reflect that! Now the Food: I will never order anything else from there other than their carne asada tacos and rice, maybe beans too they were okay. The carne asada and rice we're bomb as usual but my cheese enchiladas were extremely dissapointing! Their red mole sauce for enchiladas tasted exactly like Taco Bell red sauce the tortillas were cold dry and stiff the cheese inside was cold and they were made with the same size tortillas as they make the little Rico tacos with ity bity and that delicious rice must've been served on my plate with a fork and most of it fell back in the pan or on the line cuz it definitely didn't make it in to my plate. No joke two small forks worth is how many bites I had. Bummer! Anyways could've just been a bad day for them but it was and expensive day for me cuz we had to stop and get Robertitos on the way home cause everyone was still hungry craving...

I'm so disappointed in this place. I love their tacos BUT the service here is horrible. Its even worse when they excuse their nasty attitude. I came to lunch with my son after his sixth grade promotional ceremony. I knew they would be busy but I also knew their tacos are worth waiting for. The only tables available were dirty ones so I stand in front of a table waiting for it to be cleaned. The waitresses are all whizzing by me pretending they don't see me. After standing there for 7 minutes I called out to a waitress who is attending the next table. Walking away pretending she doesn't see me; I asked her to please clean the table so we could sit down. She says she will, 5 minutes later, I turn to see her taking orders for some people who walked in after me. I went to find her and ask her where the manager is. She points her out, and says she's getting to my table. I told her that I understand they're busy but its not ok to have me standing for a long time, ignore me, and to top it off skip me and attend to someone else. She looks at me and rolls her eyes. The manager walks up to me and snaps in Spanish " what what girl what do you want." By that point I had had it. They have already wasted my time. There's no way I'm paying someone to disrespect me. I walked out, the worse part about it is, there is no chain of command. They are used to mistreating their customers because they are "so busy." There isn't anyone about the manager in the restaurant to speak to. They are allowed to talk to customers how ever they want because they are always busy. Its a shame, I really liked they're tacos but I won't come back...
