Pros - friendly, helpful staff. Appears to be a one-man & woman show. Well cared for place and VERY well chosen set of photos (hint). Lots of trees, if you like that. They had a space as promised. ||Cons - small, old (I saw a concrete sidewalk dated 1957). Seems to only be about 5 spaces for true RV use. Most spaces with either 5th wheels that look like they hasn't moved in years, or decades-old 'mobile homes.' Lots of trees that blocked my DirecTV dome's signal. Supposed to be WiFi but not in the far corner that I was in, and no cable TV that I could find. We were parked in an alley/fire lane in the back in what looked like the back half of a big-rig space, but I have no idea how a big would get in there. Our 33' Class C needed several back-&-forth moves to get in and out. Needed management to unlock gates to get in & out. And as others have noted, definitely not one of the better...
Read moreWe stayed here one-night each way on our trip from N to S California. It's true, this does seem like it is primarily a mobile home park, but if you call ahead, they will tell you whether they have a spot for your short-term RV or not. Our 33' Flair Class A fit just fine in a nice spot hear the office, under a big tree. Hook-ups were great. Water, sewer and 50A/30A power, plus free WiFi, great showers with plenty of hot water. Nice, clean restrooms. And best of all, a wonderful swimming pool. Fabulous in the Fresno heat!! We'd read reviews about previous bike thefts off the back of RV's, so already had ours stowed inside, but the manager made sure to tell us about this too, which was really nice. The manager and others were very welcoming and friendly and we couldn't have had a nicer experience both times we...
Read moreThis is a small trailer park with a couple of spots for transients. Most of the trailers and RVs have been there for some time and would not be easily moved. We found Sam to be a good manager, just not really good at details. We were given a pull in site that is just off the back alley, and it blocked in the motorhome in front of us (clearly they were not moving any time soon). The utilities functioned properly, and the included WiFi provided a signal that was useful.||They had a couple of workers with questionable skills “trimming” (butchering) trees, and they were not good at locking the two back gates when they left for the day. At 3 AM a local hood decided he was entitled to a bicycle that was locked with a cable on the back of our motorhome. The cable was cut, and the...
