One of the worst experiences of service at a Taco Bell I have had... I was in need of a restroom and also hungry so took the 1st exit with a fast food place and a gas station. 1st - this Taco Bell is in a bad area 2nd - it took 7 minutes to even acknowledge me when I was standing in front of the cash register/ where you order 3rd - after taking my order it took 16 minutes to receive my food (only 2 other people ahead of me inside) The lady ahead of me told them where's my order it's been over 10min and why are you working on 8-10 cars in the drive thru for every one person inside. 😡 the workers had no response but sorry for the wait. So I'm not sure if they are getting timed for drive thru or what but never had that kind of service at other...

Worst experience ever. We called them to take our order on a phone call since we had a trailer with our van and we were unable to place an order through drive thru. But the guy named Harmen was so rude. He refused straight away. He wasted our five minutes on a phone call. We came all the way from Sacramento and we were hungry but he didn’t care despite we told him this. Customer service is zero. There’s a McDonald’s across the street and we called them. They were more than happy to take our order. This is what you call a good...
