Notably, 2 managers were present in the lobby, seemingly oblivious to these issues. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of attention to service quality in a location that does not feel particularly safe. The service experience resembled that of a prison, raising the question of whether managers should be more vigilant about poor service. I was in need of a restroom and also hungry so took the 1st exit with a fast food place and a gas station. 1st - this Taco Bell is in a bad area 2nd - it took 7 minutes to even acknowledge me when I was standing in front of the cash register/ where you order 3rd - after taking my order it took 16 minutes to receive my food (only 2 other people ahead of me inside) The lady ahead of me told them where's my order it's been over 10min and why are you working on 8-10 cars in the drive thru for every one person inside. 😡 the workers had no response but sorry for the wait. But the guy named Harmen was so rude. He refused straight away. He wasted our five minutes on a phone call. We came all the way from Sacramento and we were hungry but he didn’t care despite we told him this. Customer service is zero. There’s a McDonald’s across the street and we called them.
