My daughter and I had an like a lounge, in the material was really nice in exchange I would make payments on something that she needed and it only can be done with a credit card or a bank car that was our agreement there. But they sold the first item that we purchase and try to brush off and give me something else a very ugly sofa and loveseat. That didn't work so they allegedly claimed that they couldn't get the item up, but my grandson who lives here on the third floor as I do got a larger one and that was from Rent-A-Center and they got it in the door his door, JK furniture seems like they're incompetent they can't get it in the door, and yet they sold the first item it made up excuse why they did it 🤬. Then they tell my daughter she can't get a refund back which I know in court she could get that and then some. Because a while back I purchased a dresser and it was silver with little lights and instead brought me a brown chest dresser. I let that go and gave them a break but this I will not. I'm telling everyone out there be careful about the items you pick and if you are elderly or living in a certain place it feels like you're getting discriminated against and that is exactly how I feel. My daughter wants me to go ahead and suck it up and take this ugly sofa and loveseat because she don't have the energy to fight to get her refund back, and she had us on a three-way with that furniture place and I told them exactly how I felt, that the sofa love will see they want me to take is ugly and if it's so cute for them to put it in their house. And the only reason why they're pushing it off on me it's because no one else will want to buy it that's how...

This place has quality furniture with great prices and we got the 5 years insurance on all of the furniture that we bought from them. Insurance includes repairs on; fabric tears, stains, scuffs, chips or scratch marks on wood or glass etc. We bought almost all of our furniture from them. After our first purchase on our living room and dining room sets we just had to go back for our King size bedroom set and bar stools. Now we are just waiting for our cumputer desk that we ordered from their catalog. We were also very appreciative that both of their sales people were very honest and recommended that we might want to check out office depot for an office/computer chair instead of ordering from the catalog right away since they didn't have any on the show room floor.

Very unprofessional . I went in two weeks ago to purchase a bed set. They said within 6 days we’d have it delivered . My husband misses work that day to get everything out of the way for them to set up. The day came and they said it’ll be delivered in another 7 days which is March 15th . That day came and no one showed up but instead called and said they will deliver today March 16. We did not go to the beach just to wait and receive our bed set by 3pm like they said . To top it off it’s my birthday today and we’re just sitting home waiting for them! We called right now to ask what time will they arrive and now they’re saying after 5!!!!!!!
