Fosters Freeze — Restaurant in Fresno

Childhood favorite but since new owners I've noticed a visual difference i tried not to judge until the last visit food didn't taste the same as i remember at all obvious vendor change or downgraded quality so they could make profit as if they didn't charge an arm an a leg compared to Similar fast food joints. It used to have a certain taste and now it's gone definitely a bummer. I was starting to get to know the new staff too. I hope the other fosters freeze haven't gone down the terrible path this one has because I'm going to them next i need that old...

The food was good but the customer service can improve. I called in an order and it wasn't taken or put into the system. When I arrive to pick up the order I was informed that it was never received by anyone there, although I had the history proof on my phone that I made the call and talked to someone. This made me late for work after lunch because I had to sit there and wait for it to be made after I ordered it in person. Second time I tried to call, their voicemail was full so I couldn't place a phone order. Other than that, the food...

They were just about to close inside, drive thru still open. I ordered the dbl classic combo w/chz, was special for $5.99 & their chz bacon ranch frys $2.50- I'm unsure if they were to have ranch dressing or spices on them, or cheese. They (seemed to me) to be fries w/bacon chunks. I tasted no ranch. They were fine but not what expected. Service was good. The only problem would be he forgot to put 'add onion' for cook, so I didn't get any. Wasn't the biggest issue- he probably wanted to go home....
