I remember why I hated Fresno state customer service!!! I live an hour away, called and spoke with someone about getting a sash as I'm an alumni in which I was told they were open till 6pm. I sit through 45 mins of traffic to get here to have to run across campus to find it closes at 4pm!!!!! I'm so beyond mad that I was lied to and the fact that this store does not update there times on Google. Will never buy anything from this store again ever!!!! Such a freaking...
