Starbucks — Restaurant in Fresno

Absolutely disgraceful service. I asked for a large empty cup because i needed it to scoop out some sand for our exhibit in the art gallery. The first staff reached for a cup for me but i kindly requested for a large. She then told me that she cant. Now i asked if i can just purchase the large cup by itself. Another employee camr by and saud they cant do that as well. I then asked if I can get a cup of water in a large cup. She said with a purchase i can. I go to the counter and ask to purchase the cheapest drink. The lady at the register recommended a snack instead and she'll give me the large cup. She scanned my snack and another employee came from behind and told her that she cant give me a cup. I told them im purchasing. She then handed me the small one instead. Im pretty disappointed how much of a hard time they made me go through to just get the wrong size cup i asked for. I paid for the snack and tossed it away as i walked out. Absolute horrible service, and never have i been treated so rudely by starbucks employees for just asking for a large cup.

All i wanted was just a large cup. And i didn't get it. All the employees get 0 stars for fighting me over a large empty cup. How sad of a service, i paid, walked away, and now...

I have been letting it slide as I understood we were getting back to normal for on campus population but there is now only 3 weeks left Of school and they still are smissing the mark. I have lost count of how many times I have had missing items from my orders like the meat on my Impossible Breakfest Sandwhich,the taste of my drinks not meeting it's mark, the lack of organization, and the lack of supplies when it's barely 10am. I'm done trying with this location as it does not seem like they care to up their standards. Which is a shame cause its a nice location. They really need to work on various improvements. U can excuse once or twice but once it becomes a pattern and unreliable,...

Today I ordered a salted cream cold foam cold brew (which I get On the reg at other locations). The first drink that came out was made completely wrong. I told the barista that it did not taste right and I was told it was made right but I can remake it. Fine remake it then. The second drink I got tasted exactly the same. I literally paid $5 for what tastes like REGULR coffee without any sweetener (that is supposed to be in there) and without and foam. This is a huge disappointment. The reason I didn’t go back again was because I hd already received an attitude. Such a disappointment when I literally go to Starbucks 5-6...
