I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by Fred. I won a car seat at auction that was advertised as "brand new" and complete in the box. When I picked up the car seat, my dad also purchased the same one in the store. Upon checkout, Fred assured us that everything had been thoroughly inspected and that we were getting "brand new carseats." However, once we got home, we discovered that both car seats were missing their cup holders.
I reached out to Fred and returned for a second time to collect another auction item along with new cup holders. To my frustration, the cup holders he provided were incorrect and did not fit the car seat at all. Additionally, the duvet I won was supposed to be a king size, but I received a queen instead. On top of that, I purchased an Apple Watch only to find that the charger included was broken, leading to another expense of over $20.
After calling Fred a third time regarding the wrong cup holders and the broken watch charger, he initially promised to refund me for those items. I sent him the receipt, and during a fourth call, he switched to a promise of a full refund for all my purchases, expressing how "terrible" he felt about my experience. Despite my numerous follow-ups, I have yet to receive any refund, which is unacceptable.
At this point, I expect at minimum a refund for the cup holders. My advice to anyone bidding through Three Deals is to thoroughly check your items, as the sorting process appears to be extremely careless.
Update reply back You NEVER told us to return the car seats. Instead of taking accountability for your poor customer service you choose to lie online. Don't offer refunds if you aren't going to follow through....

Steer clear of this business. Report filed with MN BBB and FPD.
Reply to the business' reponse: Fourteen days is not almost a month. Work on your math kids. Also, do you deny taking my $52.22 and absolutely refusing to return it? I'll wait. I'm assuming you won't admit it in front of a Google reviews audience. So basically you now have the item I purchased and my money and refuse to either ship the item OR refund my money. Sounds a little shady, don't you think? We'll see what the BBB and FPD think? I can't think of any other business that would take your money and refuse to provide you with a product or service, or return your money. Granted I screwed up by not attending to my purchase and double-checking on shipping promptly (you were paid promptly I do believe). I've been quite busy with other things and let this slip through the proverbial cracks. I was hoping to get some leeway as a new customer but instead you decided to tell me to go screw myself (not in those exact words, but the end result was the same). I'm guessing you thought I would just take it and go away. But unfortunately for you I am not one to take such slights lightly. Had you done the moral and ethical right thing and refunded me the money, you would have no doubt gained a repeat customer. Instead you rolled the dice and chose the wrong person...

Well one of the new ones that we sent out, that was all wrapped up and boxed nicely to made it look new, but was returned and my customer showed me a receipt they had found inside the box, that is attached to this review. They obviously knew the units were broken before they sold them.
Now since I actually have customers wanting these brand new x2 units, and am poised to make profit, when I send Fred an email, asking him to replace the brand new ones I was promised, I am called a liar and that i'm trying to take advantage of HIM?!?! I just want...
