The owner is a LEGIT jerk!! I went in at 12:30 today to get a trade value on my Michael Kors purse that I purchased for $489 and have the original price tag and booklet to prove its value. I agree to the trade price of 120 store credit and said I would be back in just a couple of hours once I picked my children up . So I go back the same afternoon and a different girl is working and I explain the deal that had been made just a few hours prior . understandably she had to message the owner again because she was not the one I dealt with a couple of hours prior and he somehow mysteriously forgets that he made the deal with me and then offers me only $50 in store credit versus the $120 just a couple of hours prior . He told the girl to tell me that the offer leaves once I walk out the door although I told the girl that I would do the trade I just had to pick my children up . I was NOT told that The offer would be voided if I left or I would’ve at least left the purse there with her until I was able to come back!! This is NOT how you treat a loyal customer that shops there for herself and her 3 children....

They were selling Curry 6’s for one price, and I took them to the register to purchase them. I waited for about 5 minutes and finally walked to the back to ask the guy what was taking so long. He informed me someone must’ve switched the tag.... even though they were in their window... so the price on the tag he wouldn’t honor. I wouldn’t have been mad if they didn’t make me wait and just told me from the initial that they couldn’t honor the price. Instead I walked back and the guy was on his phone while I was waiting. this place is okay to buy cloths and accessories. Besides that this store is terrible to sell things at!! i have sold new shoes (lebrons, nikes, etc) and they have only offered me 10-15 $ when these shoes are worth more then that even-thou they are used! a lot of people say they buy things for dirt cheap and that is the biggest problem here! how about you guys give people at least a decent amount when they sell cloths to you all. like that is un-fair ... sell cloths dont buy them if you cant make appropriate prices.. thats...
