We decided to have lunch at Lavale, MD Taco Bell. We thought it would be much faster than going to a sit down restaurant on Sunday afternoon. We entered the restaurant, there were a few people eating and one or two waiting on orders. There was nobody working at the register and no one came out to take our order, after a couple minutes we decided to place our order on the kiosk. We sat down to wait for our order. We waited for quite some time, nearly 30 minutes or so. Four other customers came in to pick up online orders, three of them were ahead of us. When our order came out, I was given a coupon for a free taco because of the long wait. I had not complained to them about the wait time. They were apparently understaffed. The drive through was pretty busy but seemed to be moving at a better pace than inside the restaurant. I don't know what to think about this. UPDATE. I was in Lavale a few weeks later, I went back to the Taco Bell alone for lunch. I ordered a feature box and presented the coupon for the free Taco. The cashier punched the order in and said 10 something for the price, I thought "Wow, the boxes have really gone up in price" I paid the bill. The service was faster than the other time I was there. But it turned out the "FREE" Taco wasn't free the cashier took the coupon but charged me for the...
Read moreThis place has only messed up my order one time. Now, for some people that would be a pretty high percentage, based on the number of times they frequent Taco bell. But I'm a normal person, who goes to Taco Bell like four times per week, so it's not that big a deal. But the way they messed it up was super weird. My wife ordered a Nacho bell Grande, but instead they gave us the Nacho Supreme. And I ordered the Supreme Soft Tacos but they gave us the Burrito Supreme. So we drive around again and they're like, "no problem, we'll fix that right away." And they re-made our whole order and didn't even charge us, and made us keep the wrong order, so I thought about giving them to random people in Wal*Mart, but decided to, instead, save them for lunch the next day, which I think is weird, but my wife doesn't, so that worked out. Also, all the items at Taco bell were like 39 cents or 59 cents or 79 cents when they first opened... can you imagine the...
Read moreVery very rude and unsanitary... no one had their masks on, no gloves, and very ugly I. The way they talk to people... I came through drive through at 10a when they were open. I was told to go park for 15 to 20 min when they would be ready... I drove around and waited before going to the speaker... there were 3 more cars that pulled up behind me. The blonde hair girl and the manager were at the window. The blonde shoved my drinks in my hand as well as my food!!! When I asked their names I was told it’s not of your concern!!! So I called corporate and still have yet to hear from them!!! If they can’t abide by simple rules such as gloves and masks, I can guarantee they don’t wash their hands properly if they wash them at all!!! The store itself is very disappointing...
