Horrid. I’m being argued with about a partial refund and it’s wild to me that it’s even an arguement. I came to this hotel after driving for 8 hours and needing a place to crash at 2 in the morning and did just that, went in and crashed for the night. Woke up to use the shower and saw it did not work whatsoever. The tub trickled water and the shower head didn’t even do anything besides give a couple drops. Not to mention the black mold on the ceiling above the shower and the crusty stains on the carpet. I spoke to customer support the next morning after trying to use that shower, and was told they they’ll send me to a higher up. I received an email this morning stating that they will not refund due to me not stating anything about the condition the night of but it was literally 2 am and I was exhausted, plus I didn’t test the shower as I shouldn’t have had to. There also was no spoke alarm and a dangerous nightstand that literally was hacked off. This room should never have been rented out.

Worst hotel experience ever in my 68 years I don’t know where to start . Booked here over a month before arrival . Book a non - smoking room . The woman that works at night is clueless. It was a music festival weekend so I knew they would be full but we got there on Wednesday for 5 nights . They , Zach , Joe , both managers on duty would NOT change our room . The television for 3 days didn’t work until thankfully Kim who is a wonderful caring house keeper changed the room for us . Kim is the biggest asset to this run down hotel . The managers kept saying they had no power to change the situation of how dreaded this place really is . Do you think they would offer us anything at checkout ? Perhaps even an apology ? NOPE , nothing . I even cut my leg on an exposed rusty bed frame I’ll post in photos . We even went out and bought spray and candles to try to rid the smell of smoke . It was just so awful . Do NOT stay here . Read the other reviews They are spot on

The location is good and there is gas, convenience store and Dunkin’ Donuts very close. It is right on a busy road and even though I wear earplugs, I could hear cars racing and car alarms. The people who work the front desk are super nice. The elevator is a huge plus. They are trying to update, but my room was not up to my standards of cleanliness. There is visible dust in a corner near the safe where you can tell they haven’t vacuumed in a long time. The room was super hot when I arrived. The hvac unit is broken (plastic front) and the knobs spun so I didn’t know if it was on low or high. The window is so dirty I couldn’t see outside. The bed was better than expected. The bathroom has a crack in the tub they could have fixed. The stopper in the tub didn’t work. I don’t think I’d stay here again.

I'll start with the good. The staff and the service they provided were excellent, especially the young man who checked us in and who came to the room regarding our issues. He demonstrated that he cared about us and he paid attention to the issues raised. The beds were very comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. Also we liked the sound of the stream that runs beside the hotel. Lastly, the breakfast was quite good including decent coffee and a waffle maker. The bad: The carpet in the room had quite a bit of debris in areas that aren't often vacuumed (under the easy chair and behind the bedstand. That wouldn't have been too bad - who would normally notice? However my mom walked around the room in her bare feet after taking a shower and in a very short time she noticed the bottom of her feet were completely soiled. Additionally, the dresser had pieces of tortilla chips in 2 of the drawers. It never occurred to me that hotel staff might clean the dresser drawers, but I've never experienced a hotel where the dresser had food debris in the drawers! All in all this shouldn't have been too surprising given that this hotel has a lower cost. Basically if you're driving through and want a good bed and decent breakfast this place was OK and the excellent staff are why I...

Sandy was the absolute best front desk person I've ever encountered. She was warm and welcoming and happy to do whatever she could to help our stay be the best possible experience. We arrived early - no problem, the room was already prepared! We asked for extra towels - no problem, she brought them in less than two minutes! The absolute only complaint I had is an ownership issue: the carpets were stained, and I thought Wyndham would have recognized they need replacing. But Sandy made us comfortable, including - and this was just so phenomenal! - getting our TV working when she showed us (EARLY) the room. Set the AC and made sure the TV was back to its hotel settings (versus possible previous guest streaming). Beds were great, pillows were great; we travel frugally so had our own coffee maker and pods, but there was coffee in the lobby, and bagels, waffles, cereal, oatmeal... Really easy to like. And the property has the sweetest location with a sizeable creek that winds around the side and back... far enough away to not be scary, close enough to walk over to and watch water rush over rocks as it races down the mountain. Wyndham needs to fix the driveway and the carpets. Sandy was good for everything else! ...
