In the last month I visited this Burger King, twice around noonish. They were busy inside as well as the drive thru. I opted to go inside, I had 3 separate orders anyways. I only seen 4 people working that day. It did take a few minutes but I place my order & waited to get my items to go. It took 10 minutes maybe more but it was busy. They had one minor mistake this visit, as I wanted my order to go. As I said minor, no big deal the food went from tray to bag. My visit before this the sandwich was made wrong, I kindly asked to fix it which she did, apologized & made new one and I was on my way. I love BK fries it is why I go there & never had problem with the fries temp, over/under cooked all times I had visited. I totally understand there point of view. I work with public too, not in fast food but you can never make everyone happy and there will be mistakes - apologize, fix it if possible, that's it. They do need someone to go out to clean the tables & sweep more often ( they very well may have earlier that day, it doesn't take long to look dirty + some people are messy & don't clean up after themselves). Read moreUNBELIEVABLE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Always use the Burger King app to redeem rewards, process usually goes smooth. Not tonight gave her a code from the app to redeem Double cheese burger, medium fries & medium soda. Continued with rest of order. Repeated it and the meal wasn't added. She told us the code was for points, needed to oder food in order to get them. Tried explaining she asked us to pull up to the first window. Proceeded to try an place our order. Gave her another code. Got an error message only one coupon code per visit. She went got someone she came to the window basically screamed at us "you've been holding up the drive thru now 8 minutes, your going to have to move! Go back around!! EXCUSE ME?? The girl seemed like she possibly was new and that is understandable. We were patient no problem, but that is who she is learning from??? Wow we just left! I've never ever seen anyone act that way an to scream at us? Is it my fault your employees don't know how to input orders an perform their jobs? Worst service IN HISTORY! But my last time there, the gm was standing in front of the fry station and the crew member didn't listen to my order. After I got to far my husband checked his sandwich and it was wrong. When checked against what the girl in drive thru punched in it was not right. Went back and walked in. The gm have five people standing in line with her back turned. After waiting on the drive thru orders and ignoring the people at the counter she finally turned around. And got aggravated that she had customers to wait on. She looked at me and asked what I wanted. I told her the order taker got my order wrong. She asked what was wrong I told her and after looking around with attitude told the assistant gm in the kitchen to make it correctly.
