Honestly I love the clothes here. What I don’t like it that they aren’t clear about the return policy. Per Florida state law they should have it clearly posted in an area where people check out and pay. This is an issue and keeps people from making an informed decision on if they want to buy here. Especially when buying in high dollar amounts. They will say the policy is on the receipt or online but it’s still not legal or right. To be honest it’s a little shady. Especially when I was told verbatim “we don’t do refunds on sale items or headbands”. Which leads you to believe they do refunds on everything but. They charged me for things I did not buy. I called to talk with them about the issue I had with this and I was told I would be called back, I never received that phone call. Unprofessional. Not transparent. Clearly this company doesn’t value costumers...

I have shopped here many times and it’s always been a good experience. Home delivery is usually within a day or two. When visiting the store it is clean and well organized. The last time I shopped in the store the sales associate steamed all of the clothes I tried on that did not work out in order to place them back on the floor. The associate was also wearing a mask the entire time I was shopping. I was really impressed with all of the efforts that were made to help make shopping safe during the Covid crisis. I just happened to stumble upon this adorable little shop while out and about in San Marco, and I am so glad I did! The selection of clothing is absolutely wonderful, affordable, and the customer service is always spot on. I have been in twice since that initial visit, and I couldn’t be happier. I would also love to send my compliments to the owner for having such a top notch, easy to navigate website. In our digital age, this is very crucial and makes shopping easier and more convenient.
