If I could give this place a zero rating I would. Seriously, I tried my very best to give them my service business. No one would return a call when I wanted to make an appointment, so I actually went there after a week to see if they were still in business. They were, and said that messages went missing during a recent phone carrier change. No problem. Made an appointment and the cart was picked up. After two days I had heard zero from them. I called to request the cart status, but no return call. Eventually I did speak to someone who said she would call me back immediately with the status. No call. Today I drove to the shop to inquire in person. I was told they didn't have a part, and the person who inspects the rear end was off. No mention of a date when I could expect my cart back. They apologized, but in a very confrontational manner. I then said I'd like to have my cart returned. They did return the cart. When I asked if anything was done, the lady said "you're wanted your cart back so there it is". I could not even communicate with them. To make the story end, I would NOT recommend anyone do business with this company. I am not a hard man to please, but their utter lack of communication and attitude toward a decent customer pushed me over the edge. Made an appointment at the Yamaha dealer in Brownwood. Read moreWorst company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. They had my cart for over a month with no communication from them. I had repeatedly left messages, and they never answer the phone and they never check their messages. I FINALLY got a hold of them and the cart was returned after 5 weeks. The cart still wasn't running right. I called again and again with no luck. Finally, the last message I left said that I was going to cancel the check if I didn't hear from them by the end of the day. Never heard from them so I cancelled the check. The next day I get a threatening voicemail saying he's going to the media with this and he was going to call the police. I get a call from the officer stating that I am guilty of labor theft. The cart still wasn't working right I told him, and if the owner wanted to come and get it and try again that would be fine. He came and got it and a week later he returned it with the same issues. I took it to The Villages Golf Cars, they fixed it correctly. The fix had nothing to do with what this guy tried to do. I wasted $1000 and 5 weeks of my life on this company.
