Came in for a simple cut I called ahead and was told to meet Tina. I asked off work because salons have banker hours. I went in, Tina seemed nice, discussed what I wanted. Headed to the shampoo bowl and she started rinsing my hair, this other lady appeared and said she was there for my appt slot. Tina was confused, checked the schedule. She clarified my name and turned out the other lady was on her book for 1:30 and she had been double booked. Tina asked me to leave the shampoo bowl and said she would work with the other lady first. I asked if it would be long. Tina replied with, "I should have time after her." And I awkwardly left the shampoo bowl to sit in a different chair. I hear them walk over to Tina's chair and overhear the lady wanted a wash, cut, and color. Asked for what I thought would be simple cut and balage, I was wrong. Did the worst job I have every witnessed! I will never go back there again. Was there for four hours, two other ladies had to fix my hair in the salon after the first stylist did it! Still had to pay for it! Then had to go get it done by a professional for almost triple the cost I had to pay the Hot Iron Salon because they had so much to fix! I would never recommend anyone to get their hair done here!!!! Worst salon expierence I have ever had!! The two ladies that fixed it were nice and seemed as if they knew what they were doing but the First Lady who cut and colored my hair did a horrible job! I a line across all of my hair where the dye was and where my original hair color was!! WOULD NEVER GO BACK AND WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND ANYONE TO GET THEIR HAIR...

I stopped in and got my hair shampooed and styled and eyebrows waxed. I was working the nuke outage, so I had been working 72 hours a week and I was a long ways from home. Gina is the sweet lady that worked me in first thing in the morning. She gave me the best scalp message (like 30 min. maybe longer I dosed off) then styled my hair beautifully and waxed my man brows to perfect lady brows. If I lived local she would be my...
