Westlake Ace Hardware — Local services in Fulton

I went in to get some electrical wiring to redo an outlet on a trailer. It wasn't much, just going to be a 10' or 12' section so I needed someone to cut the wire for me off the spool. I looked around the store for help but couldn't find anyone and then went to the front and waited in line at the cashier's table even though there were three employees sitting at customer service and we're busy talking. I asked the cashier for assistance and she radioed it in.

I walked to the back and waited for another ten minutes... Nobody came. I walked around and couldn't find anyone. I walked back up to he front to ask again but now saw there were three people standing at the cashier station talking so I chose to leave instead.

I went down the road a bought some in less than 5 minutes.

I understand not having enough employees because of the "great resignation" but this was ridiculous. I will be avoiding this place unless it's my only place I can go in a pinch. This is exactly why people have gone to...

Only 2 people working that I could see, 1 on register and one on the floor. I tried to ask floor worker, but he was busy I looked for 12-14 minutes and was ignored. Finally asked the cashier if they had a certain item I wanted to buy. She didn't know, she called someone then told me it was on a certain isle (which it wasn't) I explained that I had been up and down that particular isle several times and did not find it. I asked the whereabouts on that isle would it be and was told , you'll have to look for it, this is after I told her I already looked and was unable to find it. She did not offer to look or call someone to help. I have never been so poorly treated in any other Ace hardware store that I have ever been in. I will never spend another penny in this particular...

Be very careful when shopping here. Many items not priced and many items placed under wrong price tags. I buy chlorine tabs, clearly, under a $44 tag. My bad for not reading the fine print. The tabs were $109! The cashier was less than friendly. Was overcharged $4on another item. Petunia-$10.99 per flat- sounds good, til they charge 10.99 for 3 -6 pk flats included in tray.
